1. WHAT ARE THE CRITERIA FOR PR APPLICATION?
All Foreigners can apply for PR as long as they are either:
• S Pass, Employment Pass
• Spouse / Unmarried Children (below 21 years old) Is an Singapore citizen or PR
• Aged Parent is an Singapore citizen
• An Investor to Singapore economy
2. CAN AN “S PASS HOLDER” APPLY FOR PR?
Yes. An S pass holder can apply for Singapore Permanent Residency through Immigrations and Checkpoints Authority (ICA). For S pass holder it is best for you to apply if you live and work in Singapore for at least 2 years.

The application will be assessed based on ICA Permanent Residency criteria.
3. DOES THE NUMBER OF YEARS I WORKED IN SINGAPORE MATTERS IN APPLYING FOR PR?
Yes, the number of years is an additional points since the ICA will consider the number of taxes you paid while working in Singapore.
4. HOW DO I KNOW IF I AM ELIGIBLE FOR PR APPLICATION?

8. HOW LONG DOES THE APPLICATION PROCESS TAKE?
The application process depends on the date of the booked e-appointment date and on the evaluated assessment of your PR criteria.
9. WHAT IF MY COMPANY DECLINE TO GIVE ME ANNEX A?
ICA takes into consideration that some company will decline to give employees Annex A as they felt that you may leave the company after your PR application is been approved. Annex A is actually an evidence to shows that you worked in this company. However, there are other ways to show you are working in the company by providing pay slips, contract of employment etc.
10. HOW IS MY COVER LETTER BEEN WRITTEN WHEN YOU DON’T KNOW ME?

12. IS PR ENTITLED TO CPF CONTRIBUITION?
Yes, CPF (Central Provident Fund) will be there to support your retirement need and you can use it for healthcare, residential property and also investments purpose. Your company is required to contribute a percentage for you on top of your salary. If you wish to renounce your PR status, you have the rights to withdraw the full amount without penalty.
13. IF I AM REJECTED OF MY PR APPLICATION. CAN I STILL REAPPLY?
Yes. There is no limit for PR reapplication. You can reapply and we will evaluate the points on where we can strengthen your PR application on the next attempt. Bring along your rejection letter so we can better understand the situation.
